How to install
- Download the ZIP below.
- In WordPress, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
- Choose the ZIP, click Install Now, then Activate.
- Under Appearance → Menus, assign a menu to “Primary Menu”, and add your logo under Customize.
About the demo images
The images in the theme are generic placeholders created for this theme — safe to redistribute, but they are not real photography. Replace them with your own images, or images you are licensed to use (for example your own photos, or free stock from Unsplash, Pexels, or Pixabay under their licenses) before you launch a live site. Just overwrite the files in the theme’s /images folder, keeping the same names.
License
Lumen is released under the GPL and is free for personal and commercial use. Build your own site or client sites with it — the only thing you can’t do is resell the theme itself as-is. Full details are in the included LICENSE.txt.
