There are six ways to work with me, from a single conversation to a monthly senior role in your business. This page helps you choose between them, explains how an engagement starts, what the first two weeks look like, and how scope and billing work, so you can decide with the full picture before you write to me.
How to choose between the six options
The six options are the Strategy session, the Digital audit & strategy roadmap, SEO consulting, the Monthly consulting retainer, Fractional CMO, and Hands-on execution. They run roughly from lightest to heaviest commitment. The right one depends on how clear your problem is and who will do the work afterwards.
If you know something is wrong but not what, begin with the Strategy session. If you want a written, independent review you can hand to a team or agency, take the Digital audit & strategy roadmap. If search is the main lever, SEO consulting is a focused ongoing option.
If you have a team or agency and need senior direction, the Monthly consulting retainer fits. If you need a marketing lead and cannot justify a full-time hire, Fractional CMO fits. If you want me and my team to do the work, Hands-on execution is the right option.
- Unsure what the problem is: Strategy session.
- Need written findings and priorities: Digital audit & strategy roadmap.
- Search is the focus and you want ongoing guidance: SEO consulting.
- Have a team or agency that needs direction: Monthly consulting retainer.
- Need a senior marketing lead: Fractional CMO.
- Want delivery as well as strategy: Hands-on execution.
Strategy session: the lowest-risk way to start
The session is thirty minutes, at an introductory one-time price of ₹2,999 + GST, or sixty minutes at ₹4,999 + GST. It is a conversation, not an audit. I look at your website, your goal and the question you most want answered, and give you a first-look view and priorities.
Bring the website address, your main goal and a short description of what has been tried. If you can share analytics screens, even better, but it is not required. I will not be able to review everything in thirty minutes, and I will say clearly what I could not assess.
Many people leave the session with enough direction to act on their own. Others use it to decide whether a bigger engagement makes sense. Either outcome is fine.
Audit, roadmap and SEO consulting
The Digital audit starts from ₹19,999 + GST as a fixed-price project. It covers website, SEO, paid media, analytics and funnel, with written findings and priorities. Adding a strategy roadmap starts from ₹49,999 + GST and turns the findings into a sequenced plan with owners.
Read-only access to analytics, Search Console and ad accounts makes the audit faster and more accurate. Without it, I can only comment on what is visible from outside, and I will tell you where that limits the conclusions.
SEO consulting starts from ₹50,000 + GST per month. It suits businesses where search is a central channel and want regular senior input on priorities, content, technical work and measurement, delivered by a team or by me as advisor.
Retainer, Fractional CMO and Hands-on execution
The Monthly consulting retainer runs from ₹75,000 to ₹1,50,000 + GST per month for roughly ten to twenty-five hours. The level depends on hours and scope. It suits teams or agencies that need a senior person to set priorities and review results.
Fractional CMO starts from ₹1,50,000 + GST per month, with four dedicated days a month and daily availability on calls. I act as your marketing lead across strategy, budget, team and agency direction.
Hands-on execution starts from ₹2,50,000 + GST and covers dedicated days of delivery across the agreed scope. Large application or production projects may be scoped separately. Advertising spend, tools and third-party production costs are confirmed separately in the proposal.
How an engagement starts
Almost every engagement begins with a conversation, either a booked call or an enquiry. I ask about the business, the goal, what has been tried and who will work with me. If I think I am the wrong fit, I say so then.
If it looks right, I send a short written scope: what I will do, what you will receive, who does what, the fee and the start date. You approve it, and I send the first invoice. Nothing starts before the scope is agreed.
Where I need access to your tools, I ask for the minimum: read-only wherever possible, and shared through each platform's own permissions system rather than by sending passwords.
How to prepare before our first call
A little preparation makes any first conversation more useful. Write down your goal in one sentence, the one or two numbers you track now, and what you suspect is wrong. If you have a recent report from an agency or tool, bring it. It helps me see what you are currently told.
It also helps to know who decides. If a partner, board member or agency lead has a view, include them or tell me what it is. Engagements go more smoothly when everyone with a say is in the room at the start.
You do not need a brief or a presentation. A short, honest description is enough, and I will ask the rest.
What the first two weeks usually look like
The first week is for listening and checking. I review access, talk to the people who know the business, look at the numbers and confirm the goal. I also check measurement, because everything after that depends on it. If tracking is broken, fixing it comes first.
The second week is for setting priorities. By the end I aim to give you a short list of the most important actions, who owns each, and how we will tell whether they worked. For ongoing engagements, we also fix the meeting rhythm and reporting format.
The exact content varies by option. A retainer client gets a review rhythm. An audit client gets an agreed scope and timeline. The Fractional CMO and Hands-on execution options begin with a plan for the first month.
Week one is for access and measurement. Week two is for priorities. No large spending happens before both are done.
How scope and billing work
Every engagement has a written scope with deliverables or hours, a start date and a fee. Monthly options are billed monthly. Fixed-price projects such as the audit are agreed up front. The payment schedule is confirmed in the proposal before work starts.
Clients in India are billed in rupees with GST added. International clients receive flat USD pricing with no GST, using ₹95 to $1 as the reference rate. The figure you approve is the figure you pay.
If scope changes, I tell you before the extra work happens and agree the change in writing. I would rather discuss a change early than send an unexpected invoice.
What I need from you during an engagement
Every option depends on a few things from your side. Timely access to the accounts and people I need. A named contact who can make decisions. Honest information about what has been tried, including what failed. And a willingness to act on the priorities we agree.
Delays on your side are the most common reason an engagement runs slower than planned. I tell you when I am waiting on something, and I expect the same openness in return.
If circumstances change, such as a budget cut or a change of direction, tell me early. We can reshape the scope rather than carry on with a plan that no longer fits.
When none of these is the right move
If you need a very low-cost, high-volume service, or someone to run daily social posting at the lowest price, I am probably not the right fit. If your business is not ready for marketing because the product or pricing is still unsettled, a marketing engagement will not solve that.
Likewise, if you want a guaranteed ranking or lead number, I cannot offer one, and I would be cautious about anyone who does. I can promise a clear method, honest reporting and accountable work.
