WEBSITE INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These terms explain the use of kavisharora.com and its service information. A specific client engagement is governed by the proposal or agreement accepted for that engagement.
Website information
The website introduces Kavish Arora’s services, experience, resources and consulting options. General articles, FAQs and automated assistant answers provide an initial overview; they do not replace a review of your business requirements.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. The first consultation is offered free. Appointment details are confirmed through the booking process. If you need to change a booking, contact me using the details in your confirmation or on the contact page.
Fees and agreed scope
Published packages describe the available engagement options. GST is added where the package states “+ GST”. Project deliverables, timing, payment arrangements, revisions and any advertising, production, travel or third-party costs are to be agreed in the proposal. Cancellation and refund arrangements for paid work should be confirmed before payment.
Timelines and results
Delivery schedules depend on the agreed scope, required access, source material and approvals. Marketing results depend on factors including the market, offer, budget and execution. Examples of launch or optimisation timelines are planning expectations, not guarantees of rankings, leads, revenue or platform placement.
Content and downloadable resources
Website branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Downloadable resources are subject to the licence supplied with each resource. A free download does not remove those licence conditions. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Material you provide
Only submit content and assets that you are authorised to share for the requested work. Avoid sending sensitive credentials through public forms or the website assistant. Project access and confidential materials can be arranged through an appropriate channel.
Acceptable use and external services
Do not use the website to submit spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. External websites and platforms have their own terms, availability and policies.
Questions
For clarification before booking or commissioning work, contact me. These website terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
